Terms of Service

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Note: You [Client] MUST be 18 years or older to commission me. By ordering a commission, you agree to these terms.

General:
1) I retain the right to deny a commission for any reason.
2) Client must provide a description (if applicable), along with clear visual references of any characters.
3) Commissions are for personal/private use, only. My work is not to be used for commercial purposes. Clients may not profit off of my work, unless otherwise stated by me.
4) Artistic nude commissions will not be taken on behalf of someone else. If it is not your character, I will not draw them that way.

ETA/Turn-Around/Wait-Time:
5) 1 week to 2 months, sometimes based on the client’s place on my queue. Complex commissions (like character design) may take longer.
6) If troubles arise, Client will be notified ASAP.

Payment:
7) Paypal Invoice (USD)
8) Payment must be made in full before work begins. Payment plans can be discussed for commissions $300 and up.

Refunds:
9) 50% of the full cost is non-refundable. If you request a refund after work has been started, a partial refund will be given (25% to 15% of the full cost).
10) Refunds are not available after the piece has been completed.
11) If I cancel the commission for personal reasons, the full amount will be refunded. Please note: This does not apply to cases of misconduct and abuse on the part of the client. A warning will be given in the extremely rare case that the client is acting inappropriately (rude, demanding, ignoring boundaries, etc.). If the warning is not heeded and we cannot come to an agreement, 50% of the full cost will remain non-refundable, the remainder will be refunded, and the client will be blacklisted. I do not expect this to happen and misunderstandings are reasonable exceptions to the exception. I will always try to talk things out, first.

Corrections/Edits/WIPs:
12) WIPs can be provided upon request, and may also be provided for clarification. (Especially in the case of design commissions).
13) If a mistake is made on my part (If I miss something in the reference material), I will correct it, free of charge.
14) No changes or edits will be made after the work is completed. (See above for the exception to this rule.)
15) Do not, under any circumstances, edit my work (or erase/edit my signature/watermark).

Finished Work:
16) Client will receive the signed, finished piece through a Dropbox or deviantART sta.sh link.

Rights:
17) I retain the rights to my work, as well as the right to post and make prints of any completed works. If requested, I can delay posting for up to 1 week.
18) Finished work may be re-posted with credit. (Preferably with a link back to one of my platforms)
19) As stated before, the client may not profit off of my work. Work completed is not to be used for commercial purposes – only private/personal use unless otherwise specified by me.

20) By commissioning me, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
